"I liked it a lot, Louisville is real nice," Ofori said. "Coach (Larry) Slade is a cool guy. I like his drills. And Coach Antonio Goss is a good coach, too. I liked working with the DB's and I learned a lot. I think they helped me get a lot better."
Besides an offer from Louisville, Ofori also holds offers from Tennessee State and Monmouth. Ofori, who runs a 4.4 forty and possesses a 35-inch vertical, says the Cardinals top his current list of favorites.
"Louisville would be the leader," Ofori said. "They offered me and I liked the campus and felt comfortable with the players and the coaching staff. I liked the campus and the city is nice. I also felt like I learned a lot from the coaches."
Ofori said Maryland, West Virginia, Connecticut and either North Carolina or Wake Forest round out his current five favorites. He said those schools want to evaluate him this season before making an offer. Ofori, though, would like to make a decision this summer. In fact, a decision could come later this week when he speaks with Louisville assistant Larry Slade.
"I think I will make a decision before the season starts but still take some official visits to other schools," Ofori said. "There's a chance I could commit to (Louisville) this week. I have to call Coach Slade to talk about it and see if I could play early in my college career."
