Miller twins make a decision

InsidetheVille.com first introduced you to Thomas and Eric Miller on January 17 when they informed us that they, along with teammate Jimmy Wright, would be making an official visit to Louisville.

Thomas (6'2, 200) and Eric (6'2, 205) Miller are identical twins from Palm Bay High School in Melbourne Florida. Both were standout cornerbacks, with Thomas garnering second team 4A All-State honors and Eric being named All-State honorable mention.

The Millers, who let everyone know that they are a package deal, have pushed back their official visit from this weekend to January 31, however both have informed ITV that they have commmitted to Louisville.

"We had to move our date to come up because we have something here that we couldn't miss," explained Eric. "We're coming up on the 31st."

Thomas recorded 58 total tackles, including 35 solo stops as a senior. During the NIKE Camp he recorded a 4.4-40 speed. While opposing quarterbacks often chose not to throw in his direction, he was still able to come up with five interceptions. In addition to his All-State honor, he was also chosen to the All Space Coast team by Florida Today.

Eric, who also has 4.4-40 speed, recorded 54 total tackles and three interceptions this past season. He was also named All Space Coast honorable mention.

Eric described himself as a very active player. "I'll bring a lot of positive energy. I am high intensity the entire game."

The Millers will rejoin teammate Jimmy Wright, who previously committed to Louisville. They also know a number of players that have given verbal commitments from the Tallahassee area.

"We know a lot of our friends are going there, so we are looking forward to it," Eric said.

Thomas and Eric chose Louisville over East Carolina, Indiana and Southern Miss.
