NJ lineman decides on visit

Zachary Hundertmark told InsideTheVille.com last week there was a good chance he could give a verbal commitment to Louisville during his official visit. Before heading back to New Jersey Monday afternoon, the 6'4, 275-pound offensive lineman made his decision.

Zachary Hundertmark made his way back home to Princeton Junction, New Jersey Monday afternoon after spending the weekend on an official visit at Louisville.

Before he traveled home, the 6'4, 275 pound offensive lineman gave a verbal commitment to the Cards.

"He called me about 25 minutes ago - he's on his way home - and he committed verbally before he left this morning," said Todd Smith, Hundertmark's coach. "He said after spending a substantial amount of time there he fell in love with the place and knew it was the place for him."

Hundertmark's lone offer was from Louisville. He received interest from Syracuse, South Florida and Purdue.

Hundertmark is the second player to verbally commit to the Cardinals this weeekend. Louisville Central HS standout Stephan Robinson, a three-star wide receiver, committed to the Cardinals on Sunday. Hundertmark is the 14th prospect in the Class of 2010 to commit to the Cardinals.
