"Tim [Patterson] and I met with Coach Strong and Tom Jurich on Friday," Robinson said. "I was very impressed with him. You can tell he has a very strong commitment to winning just from talking to him. He said I still had my scholarship and that I can run track, too."
Robinson runs a 4.3 forty and will provide needed speed for the Louisville offense next season.
"He told me I'm very fast and that he's going to run the spread and that I'd fit into his offense very well," Robinson said. "He said he's going to get a very good wide receiver coach who is about my size who will be able to teach me a lot. He didn't tell me who but he said he's got someone in mind."
Robinson helped his team win the East/West All-Star game over the weekend at Southern High School.
"I did very good," said Robinson. "I had about 150 yards and three touchdowns."
