"It was good," Orloff said. "I visited [Monday] and I had the camp today and worked out for the coaches. I did a bunch of drills – they wanted to see my hips and feet. And I think I did a good job and they were real impressed with me."
Orloff received good reviews from the UofL coaches about his performance after camp.
"I got really positive feedback," Orloff said. "They said I was a guy that they were looking to come in and get on the field right away. They like that I move well in space and that I can come downhill because they send their linebackers a lot. They like that I can play any linebacker position but they really want me to play middle."
Monday, Orloff checked out the UofL campus, toured the football facilities and met several coaches.
"I liked it a lot," Orloff said. "I got a tour of everything. The weight room was nice and I liked the strength and conditioning coach a lot. I really like all of the coaches. I got to spend some time with Coach Strong which was awesome. I really enjoyed that. He's a great guy."
"It was just cool to talk to him knowing all that he did at Florida," said Orloff. "He took a lot of time out to see me. So it was nice to have that experience. I really like him a lot. He's a guy I could definitely see myself playing for."
Where does Louisville stand on his list after his visit? "[Louisville] is definitely pretty high," Orloff said. "I really enjoyed my visit and meeting some of the coaches. That's a place I'm strongly considering. They were my first Division 1 offer."
Orloff, whose only offer to date in from Louisville, said he's also considering Boston College, UConn and Penn State. "I'm pretty interested in those schools, too," Orloff said. "I'm going to UConn, Syracuse and BC coming up. All three of those schools want to see at their camp and they said they would make a decision on offers."
What about his decision? "End of the summer at the earliest," Orloff said, adding he definitely might make official visits in the fall before choosing a school.
