Current height and weight….. “I’m 6-4 and 255.”

Mom’s thoughts on leaving home….. “She just wants to make sure I’m comfortable when I get down there and that with I’m with the right crowd and not hanging out with the wrong crowd. It will be tough on her but she knew this day would come.”

Tommy Moffitt’s program…… “I was 260 for the championship game in basketball but since I started working the program I’m down to 255 now. I haven’t really followed the program completely because no matter what you do you’re never going to be fully ready like you need to be. I’ve taken some of the program and incorporated it into my own workouts and I can see the results. Some of the things I can notice are I’ve gotten a lot stronger and that’s the main thing I’ve worked on along with gaining weight.”

What’s DL Coach Brick Haley say….. “He said that there’s a possibility I can play a lot as a freshman but that will be determined by how quick I catch onto everything.”

Impact Haley had on his decision….. “It was more with my mom than anything. I left it up to my mom and she was going to determine who was the best fit for me and who was going to watch over me. Those two really hit it off and that made a big difference.”

When did Jermauria know it would be LSU….. “I made that call on signing day morning. We talked about it the night before and I went to sleep saying I was going to this school (Florida) then I woke up and said I was going to LSU.”

Why the switch….. “I just prayed about it and I said when I woke up the next morning I was going to the school that was in my heart and when I woke up LSU was in my heart.”

Rooming with at LSU….. “I’m not for sure but I know me and Odell (Beckham), Jarvis (Landry) and Ronald (Martin) talked about it on my visit.”

Jersey #..... “I requested #59 but I’m not sure if I’ll get it. I’d love to keep my high school number.”

Nervous about anything…. “I’m nervous about the whole situation and being around people I’ve never been around before. But, it’s my next step in life; it’s a good nervous and I’m ready for it.”

Thoughts on his 1st workout at LSU….. “It will be the worst thing ever. I don’t know what to expect so I’m thinking the worst and hoping for the best. I know it won’t be easy but I’ll make it through it.”

Thoughts on running out of the tunnel in Tiger Stadium for the first time…. “I can’t really explain it until I get that first feeling. I know that adrenaline will kick in and take over and it’s going to be something I’ve never felt before.”

Message to Tiger Nation….. “I’m pumped to be a Tiger and looking forward to getting to work.”
