The SEC revealed the 2013 baseball schedule Thursday, with newcomers Missouri at Texas A&M incorporated into the mix.
Each team will still play 30 games – 10 weekends of three games apiece, split between five home and five road series.
Because of the new format, teams will not play three teams instead of one as has been the case since the schedule expanded to 30 games.
The three league foes LSU will not meet next season at Georgia, Tennessee and Vanderbilt.
The Tigers hit the road to face both of the newcomers: March 29-31 at Missouri and may 10-12 at Texas A&M. LSU will entertain South Carolina and Florida – the two teams that met in the 2011 College World Series championship series – on back-to-back weekends to finish April and start May.
In addition to the revamped SEC slate, the Tigers non-conference slate will include home games with Maryland, Washington, Brown and BYU besides the normal wave of games with in-state opponents. LSU's in-state road trip is to ULL and the Pontiff Classic game will again be vs. Southern Miss at Zephyr Park in Metairie.
