Tuesday Practice Videos and Reports

The Tigers dealt with some mild rain on Tuesday, continuing to hone the passing game on offense. Defensively LSU was without another starter to begin the final week of spring practice.

LSU football began its final week of spring practice on Tuesday afternoon in full pads.

The Tigers started indoors, going through a spirited run of the three-deep Big Cats drill we first saw last Thursday. TSD has several HD clips of that exercise below.

After the physical warm-up drill, the team split into individual work, with the offense and linebackers heading outside while the rest of the defense and kickers remained indoors.

TSD subscribers can get all the inside information from today's practice, including tidbits on safeties Craig Loston and Ronald Martin, MLB D.J. Welter and FB J.C. Copeland.

Check out the links below for an offensive report from Hunter Paniagua and a defensive report from Austin Cooper.

And here are TSD's four HD videos from today's practice.

The first two show LSU's Big Cats drill, pitting three offensive players on three defensive players at the line of scrimmage.

The third video is the offensive line getting in some work with Les Miles showing the way and getting intense.

The fourth video gives a view of the running backs tight-roping the sideline and going through contact and hurdles.
