LSU adds baseball commitment

LSU added to their already stellar 2013 recruiting class for baseball over the weekend. The newest commitment for the Tigers comes from instate and fills a need at a position that will depleted when 2014 rolls around.

The LSU coaching staff got some big news on the recruiting front following their series sweep of Florida on Saturday. Jesuit High School left-hander Andrew Mitchell made the call to end the recruiting process while on campus over the weekend.

The 6-0 175 pound Mitchell will fill a big need on the LSU pitching staff as they will only return Hunter Devall as a bullpen lefty in 2014.
