Saturday Recruiting Tidbits

With LSU off Saturday, that allowed the staff some time to recruit. The coaches extended two new offers to a pair of 2015 teammates in California and a 2015 lineman set a date for when he'll check out his first game in Tiger Stadium. For all the latest, check out these recruiting tidbits.

LSU assistant coach Thomas McGaughey travelled out west to California on Friday to check out Adoree Jackson, one of LSU's top 2014 targets. In the process, McGaughey got a firsthand look at 2015 prospects Rasheem Green and John Houston.

On the other side of the country, four-star offensive lineman Richie Petitbon has set a date for when he'll visit Baton Rouge. The four-star prospect visited campus this summer, and he plans to return Nov. 30 for the Tigers' game against Arkansas.
