2015 four-star CB decommits from LSU

2015 CB Xavier Lewis has decommitted from LSU. The four-star prospect felt he made his decision too early but still has the Tigers on top of his list.

2015 CB Xavier Lewis (East St. John) announced Monday that he has decommitted from LSU.

"LSU still remains top," Lewis said. "No other universities made me change my mind. I just thought it would be best for my recruitment if I wasn't committed." He added on Twitter he felt he made his decision too soon.

Lewis committed to LSU back in August when he and close friend Nicholas Brossette made their pledges on the same night. Lewis picked up an offer from the Tigers in June after a strong performance in camp.

He's rated as a four-star prospect, the No. 18 CB in the country. He also holds offers from schools like UCLA, Mississippi State and Arizona State among others.
