Pocic makes first start at right guard

Sophomore Ethan Pocic started at right guard for the first time in his career versus Mississippi State Saturday night.

After a week of innuendo regarding changes to the LSU offensive line, there is one alteration that's been made in the starting five versus Mississippi State. Sophomore Ethan Pocic moved over a spot, starting in Fehoko Fanaika's usual haunt at right guard.

The start was the fourth of Pocic's career, first at right guard. He stood in at center for Elliott Porter in last season's Furman game and then again for the Wisconsin and Sam Houston State contests to begin the 2014 season while Porter was suspended.

Here's how Les Miles and position coach Jeff Grimes lined 'em up to begin.
