Lunch with Les Notes

Coming off a rough trip to Auburn, LSU coach Les Miles met with reporters Monday at his weekly press luncheon. Miles touched on an offense that's "really close" and a defense that, in his opinion, needs small shifts in technique.

LSU coach Les Miles kicked off another game week for the Tigers with his weekly press luncheon Monday.

Miles reviewed LSU's 41-7 loss at Auburn, looked ahead to the team's trip to Gainesville to take on Florida this Saturday night and gave an overall update on the state of the Tigers, including injury notes on QB Brandon Harris, FB Connor Neighbors and DT Quentin Thomas.

Also discussed: his meeting last night with defensive coordinator John Chavis, an offense that is "really close" and what is turning into a "building" year.

TSD's Ben Love and Hunter Paniagua had you covered with the latest notes and quotes from Miles, stored in the free message board thread below.
