Les Miles reflects on 100 wins as LSU coach

Les Miles picked up his 100th win as the LSU head coach, and Monday he took time to thank everyone that's helped him reach that milestone

Les Miles took time out of his Monday press conference to thank everyone that helped get him to 100 wins as the LSU head coach.

He gave credit to everyone from the former players, assistant coaches and the people on the "perimeter" of his building.

"Our family has really enjoyed our time in Baton Rouge and how good it's been for us," Miles said. "My association with a school and a group of men that will fight for the ball has allowed us to achieve quite significantly. To all the men I've been fortunate to coach, assistant coaches, those administrators, those people they work long hours. It's a very significant group of people that have allowed us to have this success."

After the Tigers' wild 30-27 victory against Florida in The Swamp, the team awarded Miles with the game ball. He said there couldn't have been a better game to mark win No. 100 with LSU.

"It's most fitting the style of game it was," Miles said. "It had many turns...It was a Tiger experience."
