LSU football releases 2015 schedule

The SEC released dates for all 2015 conference games Tuesday, completing the LSU football schedule for next season

The LSU football schedule for 2015 has officially been released with the SEC announcing dates for all conference games on Tuesday.

The Tigers open their 2015 campaign against FCS foe McNeese State before two straight conference games against Mississippi State and Auburn. LSU will head to New York for the first leg of a home-and-home series against Syracuse on Sept. 26 to round out the first month of the season.

LSU will play both of its Eastern Division opponents in consecutive weeks, going to South Carolina on Oct. 10 and hosting Florida the following week.

The conference will move to only one by week per season in 2015, and the Tigers' open date falls on Halloweeen, the week before Alabama. That month of November should be a challenging one as the Tigers go Tuscaloosa, host Arkansas, play at Ole Miss and close the season against Texas A&M after Thanksgiving. That finale will either be on Nov. 27 or 28, and CBS will make that determination.

Here's the Tigers' full schedule for 2015:
