Jennings: Utmost confidence LSU will win out

LSU players weren't lacking for confidence in the aftermath of an upset win over Ole Miss. Quarterback Anthony Jennings made a statement to that end regarding the rest of the Tigers' games in 2014.

It wasn't long ago - three weeks to be exact - when many outside the walls of the LSU program wondered how far off the rails this season might go.

The Tigers were 4-2 overall, 0-2 in SEC play, and had fallen 41-7 in a stinker at Auburn. But, after a 10-7 win over No. 3 Ole Miss Saturday night brought LSU's win streak to three in a row, there's a growing belief that the purple and gold can make something of this 2014 campaign.

Starting quarterback Anthony Jennings echoed that sentiment in postgame interviews.

"Anything's possible right now in the SEC," Jennings said of the league's landscape. "You know, a lot of people doubted us early. I think we have the utmost confidence in ourselves that we can win out."

Listen to more of what Jennings - who finished 8-of-16 for 142 yards, two interceptions and the game-winning touchdown - had to say in the audio clip below.
