Jeremy Cutrer signs with LSU

After taking the long road, Jeremy Cutrer is finally on his way to LSU and Baton Rouge. The JuCo defensive back made it official with his signature Wednesday morning.

As expected Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College defensive back Jeremy Cutrer signed a National Letter of Intent for LSU Wednesday morning, the Sun Herald (Biloxi) confirmed in the last hour.

Cutrer has actually been committed to the Tigers on two separate occasions, the first time in the Class of 2013 when he was coming out of Jewel Sumner High School.

He's spent the last two seasons at MGCCC, where he actually played some receiver, too, when the team was dealing with injuries.

Cutrer will have three years to play two in Baton Rouge.
