Foster Moreau gave the LSU staff a nice Christmas present, committing to the Tigers on Christmas Eve.
The Jesuit tight end from New Orleans announced the commitment Wednesday night. The Tigers only offered Moreau last week, and he didn't waste much time making the call.
Excited to announce that I have officially committed to play football for LSU!! #GeauxTigers ??????— Foster Moreau (@fhmoreau) December 25, 2014
Moreau becomes the third tight end in LSU's 2015 class, joining Hanner Shipley and Bry'Kiethon Mouton. Moreau's the first player from Jesuit to commit to the Tigers since Deion Jones in the 2012 class.
LSU sees Moreau as an all-around tight end that can contribute in both blocking and pass catching. He had more than 500 yards receiving and seven touchdowns as a senior, helping lead Jesuit to a state title.
