LSU gets two night games to start season

LSU will have a pair of night games, one at home, to start the 2015 season.

LSU will have two night games to start the 2015 football season, as announced by the SEC on Thursday.

LSU open the season on Sept. 5 in Tiger Stadium against McNeese State at 6:30 p.m. That game will be broadcasted on the SEC Network's alternate channel. LSU will hit the road the following week to face Mississippi State on Sept. 12 at 8:15 p.m. ESPN will have the broadcast of that one.

LSU will play its third game of the season against Auburn at 2:30 p.m. on CBS. That game was announced about a month ago.

The first three weeks of the schedule were the only game times and TV listings announced by the conference. The rest will come once the season begins.
