LSU will make cut for Kristian Fulton

LSU is one of two schools high on the list for four-star corner Kristian Fulton.

This won't come as a surprise to those that follow recruiting, but LSU is one of the leaders for Kristian Fulton.

The four-star cornerback told Scout's Chad Simmons at The Opening that he's close to narrowing his recruitment to a top five. Once he does, LSU will definitely be a team that makes the cut.

“It’s close to home," Fulton said. "Coach Frank, me and him have a close relationship. And I like what Coach Raymond does with his DBs. It’s a winning program, so they’re going to compete for championships. I really like that about them.”

Fulton also singled out Florida as another team high on his list, and he'll take a visit there before the end of the month.

Fulton doesn't intend to drag his decision much longer. He's long said he'd have it made by the start of his senior season, and he's still on track to do that.

“I feel I will because I’ll be able to get to all the schools I’m looking it," Fulton said. "I’m confident I’ll find the school I want...It’s got to have good academics. I want to compete for championships. I want a good coaching staff that’s going to make me better as a player and a person.”
