LSU football has already played a game against its former defensive coordinator John Chavis, now at Texas A&M, but the two sides are far from done fighting in the legal arena, where new details came to light Thursday after Chavis came back to Baton Rouge for a court hearing in the 19th District Court of East Baton Rouge Parish.
One side has admitted to making "nominal" alterations to a contract while the other has to submit 14 weeks worth of phone records. Clearly this legal battle isn't going anywhere for the foreseeable future. Watch above for further explanation.

ONE CORRECTION: In the video I mention that the altered contract was signed in 2014. It was actually signed in 2012.
