Leonard Fournette out versus Jacksonville State

A source confirmed to Tiger Blitz that running back Leonard Fournette will not suit up for LSU tonight.

LSU running back Leonard Fournette will not play tonight against Jacksonville State, a source confirmed to Tiger Blitz. Fournette was called a game-time decision by coach Les Miles this week.

The Heisman hopeful injured his ankle on a run late in the game against Wisconsin and did not reenter the game as Brandon Harris' interception ended the Tigers hopes of a comeback on the next play.

LSU will feature sophomore Derrius Guice tonight against the Gamecocks with Darrel Williams as the backup. Nick Brossette figures to get some touches as well.

Guice had only two carries for three yards against the Badgers last week and also fumbled.
