LSU loses first commit of post-Les Miles era in Stephen Guidry

LSU has lost its first commitment since Les Miles' firing and its JUCO Hinds wide receiver Stephen Guidry.

The first decommitment of the post-Les Miles era has happened. Hinds WR Stephen Guidry announced on Twitter that he needs to reconsider all his options. Guidry said on Twitter that LSU remains his top school.

"LSU will for sure be my top school, but I also have to think about myself and my family," Guidry said on Sunday.

The 6-4, 190-pound receiver visited Alabama this weekend for the Tide's game against Kentucky. With Guidry taking that visit, the first questions around his commitment started.

The two-star receiver said the coaching change led to his decommitment.

"I would like to thank all of the LSU coaches and community for giving me memories that I'll never forget, but due to the recent coaching change I'll be decommitting from LSU and reopening my recruitment to all schools."

Guidry signed with Hinds in the 2015 class and played high school ball at Livonia High School.
