LSU running back Leonard Fournette set a single-game rushing record for the Tigers with 284 yards and three touchdowns in LSU's 38-21 win over the Rebels.
The Tigers amassed 515 total yards of offense against the Rebels while holding Ole Miss and quarterback Chad Kelly to just 325 total yards with Kelly having his lowest passing total of the year with 209 yards.
Fournette scored on runs of 76, 78 and 59 yards on the night en route to the record-setting night. "Buga" averaged a whopping 17.8 yards per carry.
The Tigers now face No. 1 Alabama on November 5 in Tiger Stadium following a bye week.
