Dorsey still a solid Tiger

LSU's 2004 recruiting class is shaping up to be another top-rated class, and East Ascension's Glenn Dorsey is a big reason.<br><br>The 6-foot-3, 285-pounder has been a solid Tiger commitment for several months now, and tells Tiger Rag he has no plans to go back on his word.

"Everything's all good right now," says Dorsey. "Recruiting is good but I'm still locked into LSU."

Dorsey said most schools have backed off of himsince his commitment , but added he may take one visit to Oklahoma State. He has a visit to LSU scheduled for Jan. 16. "LSU has a really good program and they put a lot of emphasis on education," said Dorsey. "It's close to home, and my mom and dad really loved the academic center."

Dorsey attended several football games during the 2003 season and definitely left Death Valley with a good impression of Tiger fans.

"Aw, man. It's crazy there every week," he said. "Those fans love Tiger football, and I would love to play for that."
