Update: Reggie Youngblood, Houston, Texas

Sometimes it can be tough to get in touch with college prospects in today's crazy age of recruiting especially if the player is one of the most sought after in America.

E-mail can be an excellent alternative when all else fails and here is a Q&A with Houston (Texas) Washington offensive tackle Reggie Youngblood.

The 6-5, 285-pounder is rated No. 2 in the country at his position and one of the top overall prospects in the Lonestar State. LSU has always been a major player for Youngblood and almost picked up a commitment from him at junior day.

Are the Tigers still in contention for his signature?

Tiger Rag - How do you still feel about LSU and what is it that you like about the Tigers? Youngblood - "I still feel the same about LSU. I like the school and program a lot. Some things that I like about LSU are the coaches, the family environment, and the chance for me to play early."

Tiger Rag - What coach or coaches are recruiting you from LSU? Youngblood - "Coach Travis Jones is recruiting me."

Tiger Rag - What camps have you been to this summer and do you plan on going to any other ones? Youngblood - "I went to the LSU camp in June and that is the only one. I don't plan on going to any other ones."

Tiger Rag - Do you have a top five right now and if so who would it be? Youngblood - "I don't have a top 5 but some schools I am looking at are LSU, Oklahoma, Texas, Tennessee, Miami, Florida State, and Nebraska."

Tiger Rag - Have you thought about which schools you would like to take official visits to? Youngblood - "I know for sure that I am going to visit Oklahoma and Miami. I am still trying to figure out the other three."
