The LSU coaching staff has tried to contact him several times lately so does that mean an offer from the defending BCS National Champs could be on the way?
"Coach (Jimbo) Fisher called a few times this month but I missed every one," Brown told Tiger Rag. "I tried to call him back on his cell phone but they are working a lot for the season. The last time I talked to him he said they are interested in me and was going to come to some of my games. He said they might offer towards the end of my season but I guess we will have to wait and see."
When asked if he would commit to the Tigers if they offered he said, "That would most likely be where I would go."
The thing that Fisher and other college coaches like about Brown is he already has a body like a college receiver and that is without spending a lot of time in the weight room. He also has two key ingredients for being a successful receiver—good hands and good speed.
Brown has not set up any official visits yet but he plans on visiting the schools that make up his top five.
"I'm setting up visits to Michigan, Auburn, Louisville, Southern Miss and LSU," he said.
What are the things that stand out with those schools?
LSU—"They have a great football program and it is close to home. It seems like everything is just so perfect over there."
Michigan—"I don't know too much about them but I am supposed to take an official visit there in two weeks. I know they have good tradition."
Auburn—"They have good tradition too and they are in the SEC."
Louisville—"They throw the ball a lot and that is what I want. I'm looking for a school that throws the ball a lot."
Southern Mss—"I like the school and the academic program. They have a good football program too."
