LSU is among the list of schools drawing the interest of McCalla, Ala., wide receiver Matt Caddell.
Chad Jackson is drawing most of the attention in the state of Alabama. He is the likely top prospect and best receiver. But another wide out to watch out for is Matt Caddell. Caddell (5-11, 174), from McAdory High School in McAlla, is a super athlete and tremendous with the ball in his hands. He has returned eight punts for touchdowns over the last two seasons.
"It is God given talent," said Caddell. "I have good instincts along with speed, quickness and good vision. I also run good routes and I am dangerous with what I can do after the catch."
According to Caddell, he has been offered scholarships from both Auburn and Alabama. "Right now I like Alabama, Auburn, LSU, Vanderbilt and Arkansas. I am looking at playing time, offensive scheme, tradition and coaching staffs."
