Doubleheader set for Sunday

Saturday's LSU-Temple baseball game has been postponed due to heavy rain in the Baton Rouge area.

The teams are now scheduled to play two nine-inning games on Sunday beginning at 9:30 a.m. in Alex Box Stadium.

Fans should present their Game 10 ticket in order to be admitted to the stadium Sunday for the 9:30 a.m. game. The second game on Sunday will begin approximately 15 minutes after the first game has ended. The stadium will be cleared after the first game, and fans must present a Game 11 ticket in order to be admitted to the stadium for the second game.

Due to Temple's travel arrangements, the top of a new inning will not begin after 3:30 p.m.

LSU (8-1) defeated Temple (0-1) Friday night, 4-1, in Alex Box Stadium. The Tigers, ranked No. 15 by Collegiate Baseball magazine, have won six straight games.
