Can LSU give him something to consider?

Alex Williams is widely considered the No. 1 offensive lineman in Louisiana for 2007 even though he did not play one snap during his junior year due to Hurricane Katrina.

The 6-6, 295-pounder committed to Ole Miss over the weekend and that left Tiger fans scratching their heads wondering how Les Miles could let the state's top rated o-lineman get away.

Well, Miles may get a chance to show Williams some love this weekend at LSU's Junior Day.

"Most likely I'll be there this weekend," Williams said.

When asked whether or not an LSU offer would give him something to think about, he replied, "It depends on a couple of things. The coaches have to be real up front and be sincere. If they are then I'll see."
