Standing 6-foot-7 and weighing 300 pounds, Lee Ziemba will make a formidable lineman for whichever of the 15 schools that have sent him offers so far he chooses to attend.
But for now, the nation's sixth
rated offensive lineman out of
"I've got 15 offers right now,"
said the five-star prospect. "
After a little persistence, Ziemba did admit one thing.
"Here's the deal, I'm going to wait until the end of the summer, and then I'll probably narrow it down to a top five," he said. "But for right now, no school is ahead."
Ziemba said that although he doesn't plan on attending any of LSU's camps this summer, he will most likely be paying the campus a visit in the fall.
"I'm not going to any schools camps this summer," he said. "I'll probably take a couple visits though."
LSU coaches have been in touch with Ziemba recently.
"I talked with coach Searels (offensive line coach) a couple of weeks ago," he said. "He said he liked my footwork and the way I play. He's a really nice guy and he's really good at what he does. He's one of the best in the SEC and in the NCAA. I know he could make me better and that is something that is important to me."
Ziemba showed signs that he had really done good research into schools. He knew exactly what he liked about LSU.
"I like that they have a good business school," he said. "They have a big fan base and there is always a good crowd at the games. LSU competes for the SEC title every year and their stadium is real big."
If Ziemba visits LSU in the fall like he alluded to then he will get to see just how big Tiger Stadium really is.
And who knows?
