Les Miles and his staff had more than 400 kids show up for the final summer camp on Sunday and that group included several prospects already committed to the Tigers and several more who are at the top of LSU's recruiting board for 2007.

The 5-star prospect looked to be in great shape and ran a 4.36 (40) when the players were timed.
Jones, who is our No.2 ranked prospect, was clocked at a 4.4 and looks like he is already physically ready to play in the NFL.
Bryant made the trip down from
Another Floridian that made the trip down and was not participating in the early part of the camp was 4-star tight end Jordan Hammond.
We talked to
Delvin Breaux's brother, Lionel, was also in attendance and is hoping to earn a scholarship offer. However, we have been told that if the offer comes through then it will likely be as a cornerback rather than a receiver.
Camps always bring out at least one sleeper prospect that gets his name out and New Iberia Senior High athlete Vedrick Sam is one that turned some heads.
Sam is about the same size as Joe McKnight (5-11, 190) and impressed those looking on when he posted a sub 4.3 (40).
