T-Bob names a Top 3

The LSU coaching staff would like to sign one center in the 2007 class and Atlanta (Ga.) Greater Atlanta Christian product T-Bob Hebert has a huge bulls eye on his back and it is painted in purple and gold.

The 6-3, 270-pounder has put recruiting on the back burner for now and for good reason.

After dislocating his shoulder, twice, standout center T-Bob Hebert said he is starting to feel good and should be back in the lineup as early as next week.

"All the pain is gone," he said. "I'm feeling real good now and hopefully I'll be back playing by next week."

Hebert said that he has three schools at the top of his list and he still has LSU up there.

"Right now it's between Florida, Georgia and LSU right now," he said. "Those are my top teams. I wouldn't say I have a leader right now, though."

Hebert said the injury set him back a little and that he wants to focus his attention on high school. He did say he was able to make it to last week's Tennessee/Georgia game.

"I had a good time," he said. "It was fun and it was a good game. Georgia has a strong young quarterback and I liked it there. I watched a little of the LSU/Florida game. From what I heard, LSU just made some mental mistakes."

Hebert said that he stays in frequent contact with the LSU staff and he was able to do something last week that doesn't happen often.

"I actually spoke to all of the coaches on their staff," Hebert said. "We just talked about the season and LSU football, you know, just regular stuff."
