RB Joseph Addai (Indianapolis Colts) – Addai nearly broke the 100-yard mark as he finished with 93 yards on 17 carries in the Colts 34-31 win over the Broncos. He also caught 5 passes for 37 yards.


  LB Eric Alexander (New England Patriots) – Alexander had 2 tackles in the Patriots 31-7 win over the Vikings Monday night.


  DL Kenderick Allen (Green Bay Packers) – Allen is on injured reserve.


  WR Bennie Brazell (Cincinnati Bengals) – Brazell is on injured reserve.


  FS Ryan Clark (Pittsburgh Steelers) – Clark had 4 tackles (3 solos & 1 assist) in the 20-13 loss to Oakland.


  WR Michael Clayton (Tampa Bay Buccaneers) – Clayton was limited to 1 grab for 4 yards in the Bucs 14-3 loss to the Giants.


  DB Travis Daniels (Miami Dolphins) – Off week.


  RB Domanick Davis (Houston Texans) – Davis is out for the year with a knee injury.


  OL Alan Faneca (Pittsburgh Steelers) – The All-Pro guard started on the left side in the Steelers 20-13 loss to the Raiders.



  RB Kevin Faulk (New England Patriots) – Faulk ran once for 11 yards and caught a couple of passes for 12 yards in the 31-7 win over Minnesota. He also returned 2 punts for 33 yards and broke one of them for a 29-yard gain.


   DB Randall Gay (New England Patriots) – "Blue" Gay was placed on injured reserve and will miss the remainder of the season for the Patriots.


  DL Jarvis Green (New England Patriots) – Jarvis registered 2 solo tackles, 1 sack and 1 quarterback hurry in the win over the Vikings.


WR Skyler Green (Dallas Cowboys) – Skyler was not active during Week 8.


  WR Devery Henderson (New Orleans Saints) – Devery was held without a catch in the 35-22 loss to Baltimore


  DL Marquisse Hill (New England Patriots) – Hill was not active this week.


  LB Bradie James (Dallas Cowboys) – Bradie logged 6 tackles ( 3 solos & 3 assists) as the Cowboys put it on Carolina 35-14.



   CB Tory James (Cincinnati Bengals) – James got the start at corner and logged 4 stops ( 2 solos & 2 assists) and broke up a pass in the 29-27 loss to Atlanta.


  P Donnie Jones (Miami Dolphins) – Off week.


  WR Eddie Kennison (Kansas City Chiefs) – Eddie led the Chiefs with 6 catches for 132 yards and his longest grab went for 51 yards. Kansas City defeated Seattle 35-28.


  OL Kevin Mawae (Tennessee Titans) – Mawae started at center in the 28-22 win over Houston.


  OL Todd McClure (Atlanta Falcons) – McClure started at center in Atlanta's 29-27 narrow win over Cincinnati.


  DT Anthony McFarland (Indianapolis Colts) – McFarland started at tackle in his second game as a Colt and finished with 2 solo stops.



  OL Rudy Niswanger (Kansas City Chiefs) – Niswanger was not active in the 35-28 victory over Seattle.


  DE Melvin Oliver (San Francisco 49ers) – Oliver started at defensive end and tallied 2 solo stops as the 49ers were crushed by the Bears 41-10.


  CB Ronnie Prude (Baltimore Ravens) – Prude intercepted his second pass of the year and returned it 12 yards for a touchdown against the Saints. He also broke up 3 passes and registered 1 tackle in kick coverage.



  WR Josh Reed (Buffalo Bills) – Off week.


  DB Mark Roman (San Francisco 49ers) – Mark got a start at strong safety and ad 5 tackles (4 solos & 1 assist) in the 41-10 loss to Chicago.


  TE Robert Royal (Buffalo Bills) – Off week.


  DE Marcus Spears (Dallas Cowboys) – Marcus had 2 solo tackles in the 35-14 victory over Carolina.


  RB LaBrandon Toefield (Jacksonville Jaguars) – Toefield was not active for the 13-6 win over Philadelphia.


  CB Corey Webster (New York Giants) – Webster had 6 solo tackles and broke up 2 passes in a 14-3 win over Tampa Bay.



  OL Andrew Whitworth (Cincinnati Bengals) – For the second consecutive week, Whitworth started at left tackle for the Bengals. Cincinnati came up on the short end of the stick to Atlanta 29-27.


  DT Kyle Williams (Buffalo Bills) – Off week.


  DT Claude Wroten (St. Louis Rams) – Wroten had 2 tackles in a 38-24 loss to San Diego.
