Peters having a busy December

Jason Peters has been a busy senior this year. Right now he's cramming for exams as well as juggling to coaches who have poured through his living room over the past couple of weeks.

"It's really been an honor to have schools think so highly of me that they send their coaches to come visit with me," said Peters. "Coach Fisher and Miles came to visit me last week and I feel like I got some things straight in my head."

Peters said that although it's been an honor, all good things must come to an end.

"I'm kinda looking forward to things settling down and getting back to normal, but it's been really cool," said Peters. "I feel like these visits have really helped clear things up. When I talked with coach Fisher and Miles, I really felt like I got a better feel for the coaches and the environment I'd be in and the people I'd be around."

Peters said he plans on taking his official visit on Jan. 19.

"Right now I'm in the middle of exams, so that's really been my focus," said Peters. "I think I'll finish with a lot of high Bs or low as all of these visits though have helped me get a better feel for what each school is about. I've had coaches from about seven different schools come visit lately."

Right now Peters is debating between four schools, Nebraska, Florida, LSU and Georgia Tech. He said he will wait until all of his visits are over before he can make a well informed decision.
