His brother, on the other hand, is still considering his options, but the indication from Delvin is that Lionel will not be a Tiger.
"We want to go different places," Delvin told Tiger Rag. "That's one thing we've talked about. We know we have to make our own decisions, and it would be cool to play each other in college.
"I know I'm sold on LSU, and
Lionel is looking at other schools in the SEC. I'm pretty sure Ole Miss is his
favorite right now, and then
Delvin said he isn't positive what all has been going on with Lionel's recruiting, as the two are not always around each other, but that he thinks the announcement will not come until signing day.

"I'm ready for it to be Friday, I've started packing already," Delvin joked about the trip. "I just want to chill out with the players and get to know them and the school better."
Delvin said his last contact with the LSU coaching staff came last Thursday, and that he keeps up with LSU running back coach Larry Porter regularly.
"I talk to LSU's coaches every now and then just to check up on how everything is going," he said. "I like coach Porter, he's a cool guy. The coaches from other schools don't ever really talk to me anymore. Sometimes they'll see me when they visit Lionel at school or something and we'll say hey. But, they all know I'm a Tiger."
As for Lionel's recruitment, Delvin said he was not sure what schools are planning to stop by the house this week, and that he is pretty out of the loop because he's never at home when Lionel has home visits.
"Pretty much, I just know Lionel
has taken visits to Ole Miss and
One thing Delvin has been keeping up with his rehabilitation for his neck that he injured late in his senior season.
The injury will keep him sidelined for a couple of years but after that he plans on suiting up for the Tigers.
"It's been going good," Delvin said of his rehab. "I'm running right now and planning on running some indoor track. Right now, the plan is to still sit out a year then red-shirt the next year. By then, I'll be ready to go and I can't wait."
