LSU junior Craig Steltz will finally get his chance to start for the Tigers at strong safety for the Tigers.

After playing behind Jesse Daniels for two seasons, Steltz is now ready to become the Tigers new star at strong safety. Even though the Metairie native will be starting for the first time, he said he feels like a veteran.

LSU will be breaking in two new safeties with Curtis Taylor taking over for LaRon landry alongside Steltz at free safety. Steltz guarantees there will be no dropoff in terms of performance for the newcomers.

Listen in to our interview with Steltz following Thursday's workout at the Charles McClendon Practice Facility.
