Wednesday was a big day for River Ridge (La.) John Curtis cornerback Robby Green (6-0, 170, 4.5) as he picked up an offer from the defending national champions and from one of the top teams in the Big East.

was actually the second piece of good news Green received as earlier that
morning he got a message from the Gators.
"The coach from Florida called my coach
and I called him back and he said ‘what is all of this stuff we're reading about
you and USC and LSU'," said Green. "They said now it's time to make you a Gator
and to let you know we want you."
With his two latest scholarship
offers Green now claims tenders from LSU, USC, Ole Miss, Alabama, Clemson and Tulane, along with West Virginia and Florida.
