Robby Green (6'0, 170, 4.5) has visited the LSU campus several times before, but still managed to leave Baton Rouge on Saturday impressed.
"The visit was great," Green said. "I've seen LSU a lot over the past few years, but I was impressed by their play. That game was exciting, well in the beginning anyway."
Did the visit to Death Valley change anything with Green?
"The game and the atmosphere at LSU was amazing and all, but I am still not sure of where I want to play at the next level," Green answered. "I've been in contact with a few other schools lately. I've spoken to coaches from Florida, USC, Tennessee, Mississippi and Arizona St."
Earlier in the year the John Curtis product informed TigerRag.com that he would be making a trip to Tuscaloosa for the LSU/ Alabama match-up. Is that trip still in progress and are there any other visits set up?
"Yeah, I think I'll be able to make it to Alabama for that game," Green stated. "The coaches from Florida, Tennessee and Ole Miss are really trying to get me to make a visit for one of their games, but it will be really difficult for me to do so because of school and football practice on Saturdays. I think I will only be able to make a trip to one of those 3 schools during my bye week this season."
Note: Last week vs. East St. John High School, Green recorded 2 blocked punts, 1 interception, 4 tackles and 1 pass break up in route to a 34-7 victory. Green said he plans on making his college decision sometime in December.
