PREVIEW: LSU vs. Florida Head to Head

Here are the top head to head matchups for Saturday's LSU-Florida game. Also, we spotlight the Gators' Player to Watch.

Head to Head:

Florida WR vs. LSU CB

Percy Harvin vs. Chevis Jackson

Aside from quarterback Tim Tebow, electrifying wide receiver Percy Harvin is Florida's show-stopper. While Tebow gets most of the glitz, Harvin's speed and an array of moves wows the opposition game after game. Harvin is coming off three consecutive 100-yard receiving performances. Harvin had 120 yards against Tennessee, 121 versus Ole Miss, and 119 in the loss to Auburn. He is also a threat to run the ball. He has found the end zone four times this year. Cornerback Chevis Jackson is LSU's best cover corner and was recently named by Mel Kiper the third-best cornerback prospect for the upcoming draft.

LSU LB vs. Florida RB

Darry Beckwith vs. Kestahn Moore

Tebow gets most of the carries from the Florida backfield. But when Florida's quarterback isn't calling his own number, Kestahn Moore carries the mail. Through five games, Moore has accounted for 297 yards on 56 carries with four rushing touchdowns. Darry Beckwith's name was called out many times last weekend in the Superdome. LSU's hard-hitting linebacker is having a tremendous season with 21 tackles and two sacks.
