"It was pretty nice," said McCray. "I had a really good time. I went on this trip alone. When I first arrived on Saturday morning I checked out the tailgating area. It was wild. I am kind of use to the tailgating scene, but at LSU it was different. I mean when we were trying to drive down the road there were people tailgating all over the place and they didn't want to move out of the street. It was crazy."
Scout.com's 4-star linebacker was able to meet some other recruits at the game as well as some of the LSU coaching staff afterwards.
"At the game, I hung out with Moses McCray and Greg Shaw," McCray stated. "They seemed like cool dudes. We talked about LSU, recruiting and about some of the other schools we are looking at making visits to.

On Sunday McCray was able to see what else LSU had to offer him.
"I had a few hosts for the weekend," McCray explained. "I do not remember them all, but I do remember Shomari Clemons. He showed me around some. I saw the dorms, the Academic facilities, football facilities and pretty much the entire school. I saw everything that I wanted to see on this trip.
"The one thing that stood out to me the most was the LSU fans," McCray said. "They were crazy and loud at the game. They were just really crazy and I liked that a lot."
