TR TV: Pelini Returns To Baton Rouge

LSU went through its first workout of the bowl season Monday afternoon inside the Charles McClendon Practice Facility. A lot has happened in the two weeks since the Tigers won the SEC Championship in Atlanta. The Tigers kept coach Les Miles and qualified for the national championship game versus Ohio State.

But in the interim, defensive coordinator Bo Pelini accepted the head coaching position at Nebraska.

Pelini, who has served almost three seasons as the DC at LSU, was welcomed in Lincoln, where he immediately went to work hiring his staff and focusing on recruiting.

However, on Monday, Pelini was back in Baton Rouge and again was dressed in purple and gold. Honoring an agreement with Miles, Pelini will coach the LSU defense through the national championship game on Jan. 7.
