Needless to say, the LSU-Ohio State game has long been sold out. Those fans that can't be inside the Louisiana Superdome watching the game won't have to look very hard to either see it or hear it. The game, which carries at 7:22 p.m. kickoff, will be televised to a national audience by FOX.
Thom Brennaman will call the action for FOX with Charles Davis serving as the analyst and Chris Myers as the sideline reporter. FOX will also have a 30-minute pregame show leading into the broadcast of the game. Chris Rose and Jimmie Johnson will handle the FOX pregame show.
The game can also been seen anywhere on the World, with the exception of the United States, on the Internet at bcsfootball.jumptv.com for a cost of $19.95 per subscription. The Jumptv.com feed will be taken from FOX. Other blackout exceptions could apply for the jumptv.com feed.
In terms of the radio broadcast, veteran LSU play by play man Jim Hawthorne, analyst Doug Moreau and sideline reporter Jordy Hultberg will bring the action to Tiger fans on the LSU Sports Radio Network. The LSU Sports Radio Network can be heard in the Baton Rouge area on Eagle 98.1 FM and around most of the United States on WWL 870 AM.
Hawthorne said the LSU call of the game can also be picked up in the Superdome at either 870 on the AM dial or somewhere between the 103 and 105 frequency on the FM dial.
Other radio calls of the game will come from ESPN Radio as well as XM Satellite Radio. Brent Musburger, Kirk Herbstreit and Lisa Salters will call the action for ESPN Radio, while Dave Sims and Gary Danielson will handle the call for XM Satellite Radio.
