Is the talented football star just as good on the court as on the field?
"I'm alright at basketball," Peterson said while laughing.
It is no secret that the big receiver's play on the field earned him a scholarship to play for LSU and now it is his pledge to LSU that is already earning him the celebrity spotlight around town.
"You could say some people know who I am and that I am going to LSU," Peterson said while laughing. "I'm use to it really though. You gotta stay humble though."
Scout.com's No. 38 ranked wide receiver reflected on coach [Les] Miles decision to stay at LSU.
"I really wasn't concerned at all," Peterson stated. "It didn't matter to be because where ever you go you are going to have a new coach. I chose LSU for LSU.
"Sometime after signing day I think the coaches are going to give me a workout program," Peterson added. "I'm going to get to LSU as soon as I can. I can't wait to get there."
The two-sport athlete kept an eye on his future team as well.
"The BCS game was alright," Peterson said."They showed me they pass the ball a lot which I liked. I was a little surprised with the game because I didn't expect to see LSU down 10-0. I knew they were going to win though because LSU has been in tough games before and
