Kiel Angry to attend junior college

Huntington, W.Va. - Marshall University head football coach Bob Pruett announced Monday that Thundering Herd recruit Kiel Angry did not meet the necessary academic requirements from the NCAA and will attend Pearl River Community College.

Angry, a 5-foot-10, 195-pound running back, was a four-year letter winner at Lee County High School in Leesburg, Georgia. Angry established school records with 72 career touchdowns, 275 yards rushing in a single-game and more than 5,000 yards rushing in his career. Angry also lettered in basketball twice, track three years and baseball once. Pearl River Community College is located in Poplarville, Mississippi.
