Signing Day Coverage

Two late commitments to the Marshall recruiting class places the Thundering Herd Recruiting Class second in CUSA behind East Carolina, heading into National Signing Day. Will any non commitments sign to play for the Herd tomorrow? Herd fans will find out soon enough.

The latest two commitments both came from the state of Florida.

Unranked running back, Brandon Byrd saw very little attention, but offensive coordinator Bill Legg came with a late offer. Byrd jumped on the offer and committed to the Herd shortly after his visit.

The final commitment prior to signing day was highly regarded three star offensive tackle Jean-Felix. Jean- Felix stands 6'5" and weighs nearly 300 pounds. Jean- Felix was originally committed to Florida International. He visited Marshall last weekend and flipped his commitment after the visit.
