Projected Depth Chart

The first two weeks of camp have come and gone. Marshall is expected to have one of its best seasons in school history. The fact that there hasn’t been a whole lot of noticeable movement on the depth chart should indicate how solid the team is. Today, I am going to take a stab at what I think the depth chart will be when it is released in the coming days or week.

Only the coaches know exactly what the depth chart will be, and to be honest, that depth chart is simply a list of players released to the public and media. Many times that is not a chart that is what you see play out in a game, and the way the staff likes to add the word, “or,” does nothing by complicate things for the media even more.

The battles in last nights scrimmage game should go a long way, however, there is a full week of closed camp left prior to the team getting ready to prepare more for the opener against Miami of Ohio.

Marshall has been ranked in the preseason as high as number 20, the quest for that ranking begins in now less than two weeks.

So, without any further waiting, here is’s best guess two deep depth chart.
