Practice Notes April 12

The Thundering Herd football team took to the Joan for the first outside practice in a week. Read all about it here.

It was a bright sunshiny day at the Joan on Tuesday afternoon as practice session number 7 began for the Marshall Thundering Herd.  Don’t let the sunshine fool you though, it was a chilly day with a nice breeze that saw the 20 to 30 Marshall fans on hand for the open practice move around the stadium to follow the sunshine before it finally dipped behind the press box for good.

It was a spirited practice, but very professional.  This was the first time the team had practiced outside in a week, and the play was good on both sides of the ball.

Several different players showed out at different times, Frankie Hernandez and CJ Reavis on defense, Raylen Elzy and Chase Litton on offense.

Herdhaven continues to be in love with one defensive back who should play substantial minutes this fall, read about that later on today.

For now…
