"It's something we'll have fun with," said Marshall coach Bob Pruett, whose likeness will be immortalized on the dolls.
The first 2,000 fans at the Miami-Marshall game on November 12 will receive a certificate for the doll, which can be redeemed at the Huntington McDonald's restaurant. The 5th Avenue McDonald's will remain open late after the Marshall-Miami game on November 12 just so Herd fans can redeem their certificates.
"We've immortalized Bob Pruett," laughed Kindred Communications president and general manager Mike Kirtner. Kindred and McDonald's are sponsors of the bobblehead dolls.
Those who aren't lucky enough to get one of the 2,000 certificates can still purchase a Pruett doll for only $10 at Huntington McDonald's restaurants after the Miami-Marshall game.
