I like their tempo and the way their defense played, Dunn said of the Terps. The coaches seemed to have good relationships with their players too. I liked that.
If Maryland gets Dunn they will be getting a 5'11, 175-pound DB who runs a 4.7 40 and had 2 deflections and an interception this past season. Dunn believes his speed is an area that needs improvement. He cited his strengths as pressing at the line, staying with the wide receiver throughout the route and recognizing routes.
Right now, Maryland is amongst a group of schools Dunn is considering and there are many things playing into his decision. Two things that he repeated over the phone were his desire to play at a school that prizes big, physical corners and his desire to be within walking distance of his classes. However, his number one deciding factor is academics.
Dunn has received one offer so far, from Howard, but has reason to believe he will be receiving more.
Schools are saying if I come to their camps and do well they'll most likely offer me, Dunn said.
